In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap…until he finds out he’s been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess,” Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the “American Dream”: fame, fortune, and acquittal.

The High School Edition is adapted to be content-appropriate and flexible, Chicago: High School Edition has been adapted to remove overtly sexual references, adult language and can be performed by larger and smaller casts.

Dates & Times

The program runs Monday-Thursday 5-8pm starting June 25 and ending August 4.  The rehearsals and performances are held at the West Hudson Arts & Theater Company – 65 Oakwood Ave, Kearny, NJ.


The tuition for the program is $200.00 per student.  A family discount is available for multiple students.
